Four Alarm Productions is a woman-owned Texas company engaged in the business of multi-media communications and public relations. The company currently represents a diversified list of clients in the Golden Triangle area, serves as consultants for companies and provides public relations and community relations services in Texas and Louisiana.

Four Alarm Productions was founded in 1977. Paula Bothe is President. She holds a B.A. from Baylor University with majors in English Literature and Theatre Arts. Four decades of her work have been in advertising, public relations for muliple companies and community relations services for major industrial clients. She was Executive Producer for the Cine Eagle Award winning motion picture, “One of the Missing” and casting director for (not of) Bashura, a Japanese film company’s documentary on the life of Janis Joplin.

She has worked in community service as a member of the Board of Directors for the Greater Beaumont Chamber of Commerce, the Beaumont Rotary Club, Three Rivers Council of the Boy Scouts of America, The Girl Scouts, the 100 Club, the Gladys City Museum and Beaumont Community Players. For the 100th Anniverary of the Lucas Gusher, she served as Event Coordinator. 

She has served as Vice President of the Symphony of Southeast Texas, as a member of the Board of the Greater Beaumont Chamber of Commerce and the Advisory Board of the Gladys City Museum.

Among her many awards and recongitions are the Athena Award, Small Business of the Year (Greater Beaumont Chamber of Commerce), Honoree “A Woman With Heart” for the American Heart Association, Volunteer of the year for the Greater Beaumont Chamber of Commerce and the Junior Forum Service League.

J. Kevin Gaglianella – is President of KGVideo and works primarily with Four Alarm Productions as Director of video prouction. Kevin is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Film and Television. His career began with Charles Cleary of Tele-con Productions for whom he created safety and marketing videos for Mobil, Pennzoil, and Citgo. He has written and directed a series of videos for The Gift of Life, the Beaumont Civic Ballet, and The United Way, and hundreds of long format videos, and television commercials.

His collaborations with Paula Bothe on long format videos include Catholic Charities, the Greater Beaumont Chamber of Commerce, and the Symphony of Southeast Texas.
